This past summer my bedroom grew too hot to sleep in. My dogs kept knocking over the floor fan I used so I was left with only one choice. I needed to get a ceiling fan with a light.
I ordered my ceiling fan from ceilingfan.com, and waited patiently for it to arrive. I'm not the most mechanically minded person but the instructions that came with the unit were very straight forward and easy to understand.
In a nut shell, I removed the existing light, followed the mounting and hook up instructions for the unit and then came the moment of truth.....
I turned on the switch and the fan light came on and the blades started to move. The unit is whisper quiet, even in high speed and the wood and chrome finish fit my decor smoothly.
The design of this unit is a treat, kinda hi-tech in that the blades are housed in a rotating ring
above the light globe and not hung below as in traditional ceiling fans.
That night I was able to sleep the sleep of a baby because my room was not only tolerable once again, it was down right cool even and the breeze blowing across my body felt wonderful!
