I bought this little guy just a few months ago and I have already had a huge improvement for our kitchen. The reason I bought it was because our kitchen has a little bit of a problem - it is called mold.
Our kitchen links directly to our utility room which is not properly vented, so the humidity from the washer and dryer spills over a little bit into our kitchen and into the rest of the house.
I first tried it in the utility room, but the constant humidity was a little too much for the little guy to handle and I don’t blame him for giving up.
As soon as I moved him to the kitchen – “Voila” – he started working so great and since then he has been able to keep up with keeping the humidity out of our kitchen.
We have not had nearly the problem with mold in our kitchen since we started using this and I am much happier because our food doesn’t become ruined within a few short days.
I would definitely recommend this little guy for anyone and also definitely recommend having your utility room properly vented in the first place. Obviously, that would be a good idea for me as well.
