I love this air conditioner! We live in an old apartment that has very old windows. It's windows are not like the standard windows used today that accommodate a regular window air conditioner.

The summers in Colorado get extremely hot so I refused to live without an ac but had no idea how to find one that worked with out windows. This was the perfect fit for our window issue. It comes with a remote control.

It is also a dehumidifier, which would be great if we lived in a humid climate...can work as a fan, and has an array of temperatures to choose from. The air comes out extremely cold and can cool down a room within minutes. The only downfall for me is emptying the water tank.

If you have it on all day long you will have to do this several times a day. It's not too much of a problem because it is so simple to do -it's just annoying when you have get up in the middle of the night.

The only other thing that I can think of is that it is a bit space consuming. Otherwise, I love my ac very, very much :)
