Friedrich SS08L10

My Friedrich SS08L10 is one of my favorite air conditioner. its a built in wall unit. It has 8,400 Btu which pumps out a lot of cold air and power. I easily cooled my study room were I keep all of my computers and laptop. Which I can tell you must be cool cause its not on it can easily get up into the 80's or 90's with all those machines running and I tend to leave at least one computer on over night just in cause I get a email or wake up late at night wanting to work on a project.

When the A/c is on its always nice and cool and I normally set it to medium and not high. The one big downside I would say would be the weight its over 100lbs which was really had to set up if I had a bad back or was just really weak. But it makes up for that in how quietly it can run.

I am not saying you won't hear it at all but when am working on my computer and not thinking about it, I can only hear a low hum which makes it a nice thing to have when you talking to someone over the phone or in person. I've had other A/C unit that were loud and made clicking sounds which get to you after a while. One of the best feature I like is the fact you can set the temperature and times to program it.

It can even be set up so you have a backup just in case you lights go out so it well remember that you have set it to your set temperature. But I can say you do buy a price for it it cost a lot more than the A/c unit i was going to by but I saw how well this worked and all the features. And it was just worth every penny.
