Frigidaire 12,000 AC

Last week I came in from outside ,the heat inside was stiffling.The Florida heat had made my house so hot I couldn't breath,the air conditioner had gone out.I decided to get a bigger one than the last because the last one hadn't cooled as well as I wanted.The new air conditioner is a 12,000 BTU,whatever that means.

To me it meant it would cool more.It is a Frigidaire 12,000 but it's no bigger than the one that quit.It doesn't make alot of noise either,with the last one I had to turn it off to be able to hear on the phone.It came with special features like energy-saver,temperature control,a sleep feature, just the fan and a remote control.

It's not too big and was very easy to install.We had it up and running and cooling our house again within 15 minutes of unpacking it.

It came packed very tightly with lots of cushion and padding to keep it from being damaged in shipping.The plug plugs into a regular wall outlet,no special wiring needed and it also has a reset button,in case a breaker flips or you have a power surge.

The instructions that came with it were very informative with information about the warranty,safety features,,installation instructions,care and cleaning , enery-saving ideas and registration forms.

Buying this new air conditioner was the best idea we had had in a while,now we stay cool and expect to be able to use it for years to come.
