Harbor Breeze Model # PLM52CB5

I recently bought this fan for my bedroom. It's available at any of the chain home improvement stores. I picked it out because I liked the way it looked.
Pros:
It looks great, and the big blades/palms keep you really cool. You can buy the fan alone or with the light fixture attachment for about $159. You can choose the light fixture that looks best with your decor.
When I purchased mine there were about 4 to choose from.
It's also somewhat adjustable so you that you can decide how far you want it to extend from the ceiling. It looks nice with a variety of surroundings, but definitely lends itself to a tropical theme.
Cons:
It is a pain in the you know what to put together. The big palms make it nearly impossible to assemble, and once that is done removing the globe to change the lightbulbs is another nightmare. It also requires odd sized lightbulbs.
I mentioned previously that the fan is adjustable. However, even without extending it from the ceiling, it sits fairly low which can make it a little overbearing in a small room. We put it in our bedroom, and I fear being decapitated every time I sit up in bed.
My fault for not considering scale when we picked it out...just take it into consideration. It's a BIG fan. It's also worth mentioning that it doesn't come with a remote.
That doesn't bother me, but I found it odd because many of the fans, even the less expensive ones, seem to come with them now. If you want, Harbor Breeze manufactures a remote that you can buy separately.
Overall, I still love it. It's a great fan if your main criteria are style and cooling. If you want something that you can put together quickly and easily pick something else.
