LG split AC Model No: LS-K1862QC

I have bought an LG split AC for my room last year. The AC costs less and the price for the AC is comparatively lower than other AC brands. I had inquired in more than four shops about the price and quality of various air conditioners and found that the LG AC to be better than any other air conditioners. Even the sales man suggested that I buy this particular brand, hence I finally decided to purchase it.

I used it for the first two months without any problem and then one day while putting it on, I heard a breaking noise from inside the air conditioner. I got frightened by the noise and soon put it off. Later I contacted the dealers and explained the matter to them. Their response where poor and they kept saying that they informed the LG service centre and workers would come to fix the problem, after calling them a number of times they finally came to repair the AC and when they came to see to the problem they told that the compressor had broken and need to be replaced. It took a month for them to replace the compressor and now the problem is fixed.

I have been using the product for a year. The cooling and functions are good but since I experienced such a problem I have lost faith in the product and I would not recommend it to anyone. The initial problems that I have encountered had given me a negative impact over the product. There are various temperature adjustments as well as economy options to save energy. The features are very good but services are poor. Since the AC has got one year warranty period and the problem happened within the warranty period I got it fixed free of cost.
