Nordyne - P3RA036K

I have a Nordyne Air Conditioner. On the side it says Voltage 208/233 and I think the model number is P3RA036K. I bought it, I think in about 1998. The one it replaced was also a Nordyne. I’ve lived here nineteen years and I have had two Nordynes.
I live in hot, humid west-central Florida. It’s the beginning of June and it’s already 96 degrees; the nights might get down to the high 70’s.
I live in a 1989 manufactured home, which I purchased new, and it sits up on bricks, three bricks high. Right now, I have the thermostat set at 75 and I’m coooooool as a cucumber.
Every year I have the air conditioner serviced and after he’s checked it and cleaned it and done whatever else it is that he does, sometimes it needs some small part but usually it doesn’t.
I have had NO problems with it and I just couldn’t be happier. Many of my neighbors have air conditioners that seem to break down every other year and many have replaced theirs three times and I have only had to replace mine once.
Next time it needs to be replaced, I’ll be sure to get another Nordyne.
