We bought a polar ceiling fan three years back. Of course, it was working very well in the beginning for two months. Later it made great sound but not given that much air. The service was only up to one year. We asked several people to repair.

They said it was all due to the bearing rods. They became spoilt. Don't know the reason for it. We called several electric people for its repair. Then at last we changed the ceiling fan. This was the case.

At the same time there is an oldest ceiling fan of Usha company. It is working very well without any repair now. Now we have strongly thought that old is gold. The new fans are more delicate than the old one.

So, I request the company people to improve the quality of the materials instead of sales. If the quality is good, automatically the sales rate increases.

And at the same time provide proper servicing facility so that all the customers will be satisfied. So please take this comment in the positive way try to rectify the default in future to improve your sales.

I have already changed my fan. But this should not be happened to anyone. The more you improve your quality the more your sales will be.
