Unfortunately we also only got 2 years of usage out of our RWM-975 model. The rubber seal on the bottom of the cap seal wore out and the water was leaking really bad. I was not able to find any parts for this model. We are also now forced to purchase another whole unit. ****BAD PRODUCT****

I only got just a little over 2 winter seasons use out of this product (RWM-975N) warm mist humidifier. And trying to buy a new gasket for this thing I found was next to impossible. Can't find any replacement parts for this thing, now we have to buy a whole new one. This time we'll do our research and see what brands hold up best.
