Voltas Vertis 1.5 Ton Split AC I

I bought this air conditioner two years back. Since then it has been working really well. I bought this appliance on recommendation from my co-brother. The cooling effect is very nice. I had this AC fitted facing my bed. But I had a problem in the room.

The bedroom door had no automatic closing mechanism and often my kids forgot closing the same. Yet the AC maintained its cooling effect. The biggest happiness that I gained by buying this AC was when I saw my electricity bill. The AC had worked well to my satisfaction. It did not hurt my pocket.

Two things I found noteworthy about this AC were that it maintained the specified room temperature in spite frequent exposure to outside atmosphere and the remote's range is very nice. But I also found this AC had a sound level above others. It would have been better if it worked more silently.

One more thing worth noting is that after the first year of performance, water droplets started dripping from the AC itself and I had to summon the mechanic. The showroom had assured me that the AC would work for at least three years without any maintenance work.
