Vornado AQS500 Air Quality System/Air Purifier

The Vornado AQS500 is a very good air purifier. It has the ability to create a fresh air feel to any room in the house. I recently was cooking fish and got fed up with the smell in the air, it made me think to bring out the air purifier. The whole house smelled like fish and when I went into my room to eat my dinner, I also plugged in the Vornado. No sooner than I plugged it in and sat down did I notice the air that was once in the room seemed to be lifted right out of the bedroom and replaced with a great fragrance that made me think of a place up in the mountains. It was the freshest air I have ever breathed out of a purifier. This one really does the trick. It comes with two filters, and it is Energy Star certified, which is a big plus with so many cheap imitators on the market. It has a sign on it that lets you know when to replace the filter and also has an auto shut off. Another high point is the warranty, it is a limited warranty of 5 years which is longer than most.
